    Fissures in paint

Anyone have any experience with what appears to be tiny cracks (I think you pros call them fissures) in the paint. Its a 2002 S10 with black paint and a clear coat. These tiny (and there`s many of them especially on the hood) little cracks are white and with the black paint really are an eyesore. The black paint and clear coat really look good buffed out but I can`t get rid of these fissures.

Any help would greatly be appreciated!!

It could be the result of applying clear coat too early
I remember some one in a Honda Civic forum had this problem with the clear coat ,the dealership repainted it under warranty:

Pictures would help indeed, but it might sound like checking in the finish to me.
