Foam blocks for kneeling and setting tires on

I was watching some of Ammonyc videos on youtube and he has and uses some foam blocks for kneeling on and working on tires when he pulls them off the vehicles. He said he got them at home depot. I was there earlier today and couldn`t find anything similar.

Does anyone know what section they are in or anything similar and where to get them?

    Thanks in advance.

My local dollar store has that really heavy foam stuff in big blocks for stress free floor coverings. $3 per huge sheet. Keep them big for huge projects or cut one down for kneeling sizes. Dollarama locally.

Me, I just use a sheet of 1 inch rigid polystyrene insulation board. I have a smaller piece cut to kneel on . I have a full sheet I put the wheels on so the wheels don`t get scuffed up. It has lasted years. It doesn`t absorb water. Wheel cleaners I`ve used hasn`t seemed to affected it. I haven`t used a acid cleaner, and of course you can`t ever get acetone near it. This has worked well for me.
