PearTree- Hmmm...you make the McKee`s coating sound downright Accumulator-proof! How long does it last?

I`ve used two generations of Optimum`s paint coating on wheels...it`s OK, just like FK1000P except it lasts longer. Infinitely bigger PIA to use though, but maybe that`s just me.

I do like slotted rotors though... Waaay less record grooving of the rotors seems to take place. So it looks much better to me over the life of the brakes.

Ah, OK...that makes sense. I never noticed that with mine, and don`t have anything slotted at present to keep an eye on.

We don’t do any towing with it so they are probably not needed...

I never even thought about towing! Eh, I`m gonna take the tow hitch off the Tahoe one of these days myself as I just don`t do that...

Okay, ordered some McKee’s wheel coating. My question now is what to use to apply it. Foam pad with microfiber cover or straight foam like you use on the da I have some 3” ones. Open for suggestions

Foam applicator works just fine.

I`ve had it for over a year on one set of wheels and it`s still working as advertised. My only complaint is I don`t like it being a spray bottle, I would much prefer a dropper.
