McKee’s 37 makes a good rubber and tire cleaner.
2014 Ford Mustang GT Track Pack- Black
2015 Chevrolet Silverado- Summit White
2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited- Silver
When I had white letter tires I used plain old SOS steel wool pads.

We sell Bold N Bright to Universal tire https://www.universaltire.com/ for the antiques ... cleans and protects They used to use Bleche White as did I 30 years ago
The problem with bleche-white, is after they sold it. The formula can`t be the same as it used to be. It just doesn`t work nearly as well as it did. It`s probably a safer product now for the user, and environment.
I can tell you what works for me but it’s a one, two combo. I clean the tire with McKee’s 37 and I dress the tire with Poorboy’s Bold-n- Bright.

Ajax or Comet and a stiff nylon brush will work in a pinch.

For an OTC tire cleaner, Eagle 1 A-to-Z Wheel cleaner is pretty safe and effective.
Super Clean (The Purple stuff) contains some harsh chemicals that may not be "compatible" with bare cast/forged/machined aluminum (IE, aluminum bloom or whitening), if that is a concern of yours for your rims or suspension parts.
A tire brush or microfiber chenille-type(noodle) wash mitt dedicated to tire cleaning helps a lot

A lot of great products here !!
I too used Bleche White way back in the mid-70`s on, when everyone had white-lettered tires..
My all time favorite tire cleaner and also their tire conditioner/clearcoat is now Tuff Shine Products sold here --
https://www.autopia-carcare.com/tuf-...l#.WpmnCWpzb3g
https://www.autopia-carcare.com/tuf-...l#.Wpmn0Gpzb3g
These 2 products will clean your tires, whitewalls, white letters beautifully and not harm the rubber.
Their Tire Clear Coat will leave a beautiful, non greasy, finish that can be adjusted to be darker and shinier if wanted, and keep that finish on there longer than anything else I know of..
Over a decade of using only this in my Shop and it has never failed to give me excellent results, and a lot of less work once its on..
Good luck with your research !
