Product Flammability Question

I just picked up some Gyeon Leather Shield, Gyeon View, Kamikaze Miyabi, PA Cosmic Sprtiz, plus some prep stuff and some Mckees 37 SiO2 Auto Wash for washing later on-- and have been waiting for a break in the weather to apply the coatings on a new daily driver.

So, I just read in the description of the Miyabi that "The low molecular Silane is non-solvent and VOC free like its big brother ISM COAT, but it is flammable (as are all coatings on the market except ISM COAT)."

My question is this:

Does this mean the product will make the vehicle surface more flammable after the product is cured? Or does this mean the product is flammable in a liquid state (or gives off a gas that is flammable until cured, but not after)?

I`m well aware that even if flammable in cured state, such product is far from the only flammable component in an internal combustion-powered vehicle, but still I`m not sure I`d want to douse my family`s car in more flammable materials all over the exterior and interior.

That`s the liquid product before it`s applied. Your metal panels and the paint on them won`t be any more flammable than they were before putting a micron or two of coating on.

I`m not sure what could be flammable in there if it says it`s "non-solvent and VOC-free". I`m pretty sure any carrier, even if it`s VOC-free, is going to have to be considered a solvent of some kind.
