Can anyone recommend a soft bristle brush for cleaning leather and interior plastics.
I have one that I use on carpets but I feel that the bristles are just too stiff for leather.
Thanks!

These are the two that I have used regularly with no issues.
Natural Horse Hair Interior Upholstery Brush
Grey Ultra Soft Upholstery Brush
For the crevices or where the seams/ stitchings are I use a soft bristle tooth brush or you can grab something like this:
Natural Horse Hair Interior Detail Brush
I think in general you will be fine with boars hair/ horse hair brushes/ products for interior/ leather.
These are great too for interior - https://www.amazon.com/RaceglazeUK-L.../dp/B0059AGSAW

If you have the Rupes Bigfoot Nano, I use the cylinder brushes that came with the kit with mine for cleaning leather seats. Works great and isn`t too rough on the seats and gets into the stitching really good too.

The various Horsehair brushes have always worked fine for me, though they do seem to *really* shed bristles.
For something a bit more aggressive I like the short-bristle Velour Brush from ValuGard, but it`s rathe pricey. Ron K. talked me into it and while I [griped] about its cost it`s one very nice interior brush and it hasn`t damaged anything yet.
