Edge, I have the same question. I`m getting ready to detail a person`s car who has left their sunroof open several times while it`s rained and now they have some nasty looking stains. I assume you`re talking about cloth seats as well.

I`m assuming its cloth cause leather is more easier to clean.

    Re: stains in seats?

alot of the g.m seats are going the same way. i find the best way is to treat the stain with a stain remover or spotter. after you let it sit, i take a microfiber cloth, wet it, and moisten the area around the stain. i find this blends the stain ring away and you should be good to go. i usually only wet the panel of material that the stain is on. that way you don`t leave a wet mark on other parts of the seat. good luck.

Does this strike anyone else as being pretty ridiculous?
I can see getting caught with a sunroof open once, but several times????
People never cease to amaze me.

I just had a Tacoma in last week with the same problem....leaky sunroof. We havent got rain for like 160 days, so I`m guessing it had ben there for a while....I used (and I really like this stuff)Turtle wax Power Out..... Stuff works great.......I hit it with the extractor just to be safe, but all the stains came out, no prob.
