    technique and skills

    again i have a question. I applogize. it seams i get the same ppl awnsering so im sry to you. however when i asked about prodcuts i was told to look more into technique and skills, and so here i go. I was wondering were to find info on technique. any good books pl would recomend? or courses in calgary Ab?
