    Newbie requests help - `92 911

I had my car professionally detailed last year by "elortt" and was very satisfied with the job. Only problem is I cannot get in touch with hime this year, so I tried working on my car myself and am not getting the results I am looking to achieve.

I have taken some pictures of my hood after claying and applying Meguir`s #9 swirl remover. The hood still looks terrible. Any thoughts on what product I can apply that might help. I have done this by hand, will buying a pc help or is it the product I am using?

Sorry for not going into much detail but I am new to this.

Thanks in advance for your help.

    Hey

Got your email and sent you one back. I`d be happy to come out to Ann Arbor and help you. Your picture actually looks like you have mostly "micro" rock chips? Also, it looks a little faded but hard to tell unless I saw it in person. Generally, I think you need to use a machine (rotary or PC depending on what is needed), going by hand and getting good results is tough.
