    Question New Polished Wheels

I am planning to buy some Boyd Coddington Smoothie IIs and the finish is polished aluminum (too bad they aren`t available in chrome). I was wondering what I can do to keep them looking good. My mom has polished wheels on her car and over time they have lost their luster. When they get here what do I need to put on them? A sealant?

    Re: New Polished Wheels

If it were me I would take the time and polish them at least 2-3 times a month being they are boyds. I would use mothers mag/aluminum polish.

And all boyds are available in chrome last time i checked. Special order of course and lots more $$$

I would polish them up when you get them and Zoop Seal them. Check this stuff out it works great. www.zoops.com
