    Wiper Blade scratches

I have some light scratches on the front windshield from the wiper blades grinding in dust/dirt. Can you recommend something to take care of it? I`m a bit reluctant to use SSR`s as it might effect the optics but I don`t know. Car is a 1991 Honda that we bought used.

    Advice?

i never have had that problem yet but be very careful when using anything on your front windshield. Like you said , it might screw up the optics or clarity . You might have to live with `em . No offense but it is a 14 yr old car . Try some of our sponsors . I like Klasse AIO on windows but don`t think it`ll will get out scratches. Good luck ..

I`ve seen products and gimmics for dozzens of year and bought many of them, but they never really work...you can try SSR2.5 or SSR2 with a polishing pad, but at best you will have a clearer windshield, but the deeper scratches will remain:dunno

East Wood sells some type of polishing kit for removing scratches in windshields . I don`t know how they are .

I`ll try the SSR approach and hope for the best. Already getting better - car is a 2001 and not a 1991 as originally posted so it`s already getting better!!
