I only used 3m swirl mark remover, and Klasse to help prep the paint as much as possible. I then went over it again with ZPC and then the rest of the zaino stuff. I see some people using other stuff but then also hear that not everything is compatible with zaino. I think I got pretty good results with a black car and applying it on by hand...

My suggestion is to leave it alone. It looks incredible. I tend to prefer carnuaba`s (just personal preference), but your paint looks perfect.

If your happy with the results, leave it alone. No need to get any more agressive if you dont have too!

Are you topping it off with Z8? It looks like it from the pictures but you didn`t specifically mention it. If not, try it just for kicks.

If it ain`t broke don`t fix it. It appears that you have it down pat. Excellent pic`s

thanks for the compliments guys. that was actually my first time ever detailing a car. i didnt use Z8 because it wasnt out at the time. i tried it afterwards but the weeve on my towel was getting loose and being that I was a newbie I thought the Z8 was leaving streaks so I gave it away. I`m using autotechs WOW detailer and like it much better then anything else i`ve used. I asked what people top zaino off with because I hear of people adding a top layer of something with carnuba. I always thought carnuba was yellow in color and would take away from the shine but I guess I was wrong.

I am happy with how the car comes out and get tons of compliments but I`m used to it now so it doesnt look as appealing to me as it did when I first took those pics. Also the fact that I only see the car at night now, and I apply wax in the winter time so I guess it doesnt cure as good, only add to me wanting to find something else to try.

Any sun shots?

You may want to try clay and polishing with a machine (Menzerna polishes come to mind). It looks great now, but then again, no sun.
