Well I`ve always used zaino for my black car and have been happy with the look. THe only problem is the swirls its rough to get them out with zaino. I`ve also like to try other products so i`m looking at using AIO, KSG and Souverän. So I`m tryin to figure out the best swirl removers to use. Maybe even some tips on the combo that I`m looking at using pics would be great. :) The ones I`ve been eyeing to use are Menzerna IP, or the Pinncale Swirl remover (probably would use both regular and advanced). What would people suggest for swirl removers? I know preping my paint is important to get my black to standout so I want some suggestions oh and I plan on using a PC with the products. I`m open to any products but would defintely like some feedback on these preferably with pics.

IMO you wont beat IP and FPII on that car. My sister has an `02 Black Onyx that I maintain with these polishes and my finisher of choice and the car is just beautiful after polishing.

I`m a fan of several polishes due to how they work and the finish they leave...IMO, you can`t leave a better finish with better gloss than Menzerna. Period!

2 votes for Menzerna. :) So I can use bot the IP and FPII before the AIO, KSG and Souverän. SpoiledMan any pics of the results on the IS. Would love to see it. :)

I think that you only need one product. PO106FF. Then go to Souverän, maybee a glaze or something like that but I doubt that. PO106FF finishes very well!

Yeah, I would think the 106 would be a good choice but you can`t find any right now. Apparently it wont be available until late December and 85RD is going bye, bye!

Doesnt anyone in the US have PO106FF in stock? Bye bye with PO85RD? Tell me more about it.

That is correct. Menzerna CeramiClear P085RD Polish has been discontinued. The PO106FF Polish won`t be available until January `06.

Darn. Well then I think I have to buy all the PO85RD I can find here in Sweden :D

So nothing will replace it? But PO106FF and PO85RD are pretty similar, just a little more cut in 106. Only one thing is different. The price, the Swedish retailer told me that 106 will cost almost twice as much as 85RD. I don´t get the pricing in US, it´s only a couple of $ more for the 106. Here it´s almost 100%! :furious:

I pay ~$27 for 32oz of PO85RD and I don´t wanna guess how much the 106 will cost me. $50?

I`m picking up another bottle myself. It`s my favorite finisher and it`s easy to use no matter what the weather. Now just to get some 106!

Got a sample from the Swedish agent yesterday, will try it with meguiars W8006. The only bad thing is the price.

I absolutely do NOT like the Pinnacle polishes. I`ve used both Menzerna and Pinnacle polishes on black, and Menzerna is by far the better choice, IMO.

You could go with Menzerna IP/FP followed with Zaino, or you could go with IP/FP followed by AIO/Souveran, etc.
