I know this has been hashed out before, but all the conflicting posts have me confused. I took tomorrow off to get a couple of my cars detailed for winter and plan to do something like:

wash NXT

clay

OCC via ??? with light cut pad

OCP via ??? with polishing pad

Zaino Z2-Pro via PC and finishing pad x3

Collinite 476s via PC and finishing pad

Orange blast for wheels / tires / wells

Wheel wax on wheels

PB`s Bold n Brite on tires

303 on trim

So the temps are supposed to be around 55* tomorrow and partly sunny. I may or may not be working outside. ANyway would I be best to do the OCx by PC or rotary and what speeds?

Use what you feel comfortable with.

The Rotary will allow you to finish faster.

What brand pads are you using?

I am comfortable with both, but being lighter the PC is a bit easier to work with. I guess Im just looking for the best results.

Rotary on the hood, roof, and trunk, PC on sides where the rotary gets hard to hold and control :D.
