Best Wash Plan for Cold Weather/Winter? Black Car!

Chicago winters get cold, as you know...:) I am planning on a detail including VM, IW, and Natty`s Blue to get me through a few months. Question is, how do I wash? I was thinking I could bring it to a do it yourself to spray most of the crud off, then take it home and QEW it. Any thoughts, tips, suggestions, products, etc? Black car, so procedure is key...

Your plan will work just fine. Check out the posts on using QEW. I have used QEW using the two bucket method and the one bucket method. After a coin-op spray wash, the one bucket method is all that is necessary.
