Exterior was clay, Optimum polish orange pad with rotary buffer and then seal with OCW.

Spent 7 hours on this project.

It was a hot day. Am I working too long?

Wow, you have done an excellent job on all three of the cars I`ve seen from you. You have tackled some nasty interiors too. Looks like optimum is performing well for you too, these last few pics have pretty much convinced me that I need to get off my butt and get some. Keep up the good work.

Travis.

Wow, that`s pretty impressive.

Not a bad SUV. Ford Explorer Sport was my first car (same body style). I used to QD it, dress the tires, and clean the windows daily! Ahh, the good ol` days.

Question... How were you able to finish up so clean (no micromarring) with an orange pad? How much product did you use? speed? pressure? # of passes?

Thanks.

I used DAS orange pad from Autopia. Buffer speed were 1200 rpm about 3 passes. Pressure just press little harder. Once the pad is prime. As long as the pad felt enough moist, I don`t add. Hope it help.
