Awesome car. The paint looks killer. I think you`ve put me one step closer to a VM purchase.

Looks excellent, but I love the Fiske wheels more than anything ;).

Thanks Guys...

Sean,

I had some BBS 18s on there for about a year but these look so much better to me...I dont think I will ever get rid of these..and they have better Brake clearance up front too. :grinno:

Porkanbeans,

Richt talked me into the VM and I need to write him a PM thanking him...I am amazed. I also bought some RMG, but then ran out of time to apply that prior to the Nattys.. :hairpull

Wow nice work, thought you would like it! Turned out well. Looks deep and wet.

Fantastic work wait till you do VM and RMG!

Not got round to topping mine yet with Nattys Blue again yet a job for next weekend.

I feel your pain. I have HRE 540`s on my 300ZX which are a similar design to your Fiskes. The car is a show car that I trailer. I can`t even imagine having to clean and polish these wheels on a daily basis.

Car looks fantastic though... :bigups

Thanks again for the recommendations Rich....definitely will be taking your advice in the future. :woohoo:

Pats300ZX,

I love HRE 540s...and know that you too feel my pain. If my car were a daily driver I dont know what I would do...The centers being anodized helps with the cleaning...

I actually think that the HRE 841s are my favorite wheels made today...I just couldnt live with the Reverse drop center...that channel is like a water magnet. How do you get the water out when you wash your z? (or are yours not the 540r?) I used my compressor and air hose on a car I detailed and couldnt get over what a goofy rim design it seemed like to me..

Thought I would add these reflection pics as a comparison between the P21S and Nattys Blue...

P21S (granted this paint hadnt been prepped since june, but this was 1 week after an application of p21s):

Actually I haven`t bucket washed with a hose the 300zx in about 4 years. The car is completely garage kept and trailered to shows. When I wash I use either Spray and Wipe, QEW, or a quick wipe down with a bucket of waters and some good MF`s.

The air compressor is a great idea though...
