So I have experienced armor all to be a good product for rubber and plastic and stuff. Does anyone think that it`d be good to occasionally spray Armor All on CV boots and such?

Those seem to crack later in the cars life and was wondering if armor all really preserves materials as it says it does.

thanks

I use 1Z Tiefenpfleger Rubber Protectant on my CV boots. I had both of them split on my previous car right before I sold it. I don`t want to shell out more money for these boots, so I condition them every time I take my wheels off (cleaning, tire rotation, brake inspection/replacement, etc...)

i don`t think it will harm, just use an ample amount without using too much and you will be alright. scottwax uses AA and it works just fine for him...

thanks! i think i`ll try to do it once a month or so. taking off the wheels is too hard for me so i just reach around when i`m laying under the car and spray them pretty good.

i use too much armor all.
