i resently bought some poorboys EX-P sealant. 2 weeks ago i waxed my truck with nxt for part of a quickie detail. someone said sealant wont bond to wax so do i need to strip the wax somehow before i apply a coat of sealant? or will a simple wash with megs gold remove as much as i need.

Just apply it over NXT, it will bond fine. NXT is a synthetic wax, not a carnauba based product.

Is the EX-P ok to use after VM or RMG as a prep?

EX-P is compatible with most polishes and glazes. VM/EX or EX-P are my go to products when working in the summer sun.

thanx scott, will i see a difference in gloss/wetness by applying a sealant before nxt or is it mainly a protection step

It depends. NXT deepens the color more than most sealants, so if you wanted additional protection, I`d go with a sealant or carnauba that has a more neutral look so you don`t lose the look of NXT. #16 or EX-P will make the vehicle look wetter than it does with just NXT, IMO.
