The first pic has my sealant on it and the pic was taken just after application at the dealership. I think the shine is uncompromising. Footnote on Sealants, anyone that has bought a new car, check how much the dealer wants to paint seal your vehicle. Prices around here are from $599-$899 for one application. The car you see here (Lamborghini) the owner is paying $795 for it. I charged the dealer $150 which is fair for 3 hours labor. Dealer makes the rest. Is this a money maker for dealers. YOU BET!!! That is why in my business I focus on education, helping people make smart decisions. The second picture is a neighbor of mine that I detail his car twice a year. (he is a perfectionst about his car) The last time I detailed his car was early april, and you can see how it looks, I do it in the spring and fall. Next month he will be ready again. Not bad looking after 4 and half months

Excellent! Is the Lambo as orange peel free as the picture suggests?

Just FYI, slip a business card into the owner`s manual. ;)

I have a friend that has the same lambo but that green color...it does have orange peel but not as much as say....my subaru :lol ... from what I can remember...at the same time I was paying attention to my buddy`s dad`s new f-430 so i might have them mixed up. great job!

I just picked up a bottle of Gary`s sealant, and I`ve already used it on 3 cars! I really like how it wipes off with little to no resistance.

I didn`t take pics of the first on, a new 05 black Evo, but here are the other 2 that I did:

(tires were not done at this point, and the hood has a slight dent in it.

Gary,

What is your sealant? I have not been around a lot lately and I must have missed something.

What is it called, where can you buy it, etc.

Both of those rides look Sweet!

Cheers,

How did you apply the sealant, do most of you all apply sealants via pc or hand?

It`s a Murcialago. It has color shifting paint which is awesome. Didn`t have orange peel like other Lambo`s I have detailed. I have seen a fair share of paint imperfections on exotics this year, makes you wonder about hand made craftsmenship. I apply the sealant by hand around tight area`s where I can`t get the PC, and the rest of the car I use the pc. Following the rules of Autopia I can`t talk about my products, so I will leave it there. Gary

looks good gary,

what the dealer charges 800 bucks for they have you do for 150 ? ouch, i work at a dealer and did not know that.

we have a shop that "preps" the cars for delivery, aside from what the techs check to make sure it is road ready.

they do a crappy job, but oh well

That is why I get many people coming to me after they buy a new car. I charge them the right price, dealer gives them the shaft price. Gary
