Hi,

I was just wondering what products people are going to use over the Winter months  ?

I have just finished the nattys proccess over the last couple of weeks, link below

Would you think it would be safe to use PB SW over the cold winter months?

Thanks

I`ll put one a few lat coats of Zaino. last year my last coats went on I believe around Nov.1.

S&W should be ok as long as its above freezing.

Probably Collinite 845 IW when I get around to ordering some.

Megane looks great-nice work. I currently have Poorboys EX-p and Nattys on the Clio, but will despite it being garaged over the winter, be going back to a Klasse AIO base with 3 or 4 layers of AG EGP on it by late October if I can. Then using OCW on it after washes.

Last winter I used Megs #16 over Megs #20 on 1 car and #16 over NXT on another. Both made it 10 weeks before beading stopped, slickness was gone and failed Meguiars "squeak test". This winter I will try Collinite`s 476S and see how long that holds up. As far as washing, I use QEW, works great for me winter and summer.

For the S8 I stick with UPP, for the minivan I stick with KSG, but for Accumulatorette`s A8 I switch from #16 to 476s. Gee, I`m down to three drivers! Well, unless I get the Caprice finished...

I`ve heard Collinite 476 offers the best protection and lasts for ages, I`ll probably add a couple of coats of that before winter, strip it off again next spring - my car sits out 24/7 as I have no garage, so I need plenty of protection.

I`ll probably use Finish Kare #2180, and OCW after washes.

Either Zaino or SRP/EGP

EX/EX-P topped with #16 I imagine.
