2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Owner wanted it detailed to make it easier to sell. Really good shape overall, interior was about as good as a never before detailed 2-3 year old vehicle can possibly be. Cleaned up with Woolite/water and dressed with Armor All. No, that dark spot on the seat on the left edge of the picture is not a stain. Probably dust on the camera lens.

Exterior was pretty decent, some light scratches from tunnel washing. No power here, so I did the exterior by hand. Poorboy`s Polish w/carnauba and EX w/carnauba. Worked very well on a partly cloudy 92 degree day. The owner commented on how much darker and deeper the paint looked. :)

2001 BMW 530. Pretty decent shape, minimal spider swirling, few interior stains (and BMW interiors tend to clean up very nicely). Interesting fact-the owner`s husband was the assistant general manager for the Texas Rangers under Tom Grieve. He holds the same position for another American League team now. :)

Optimum Polish with a Meguiars polishing pad, Optimum Car Wax by hand. Quick, effective, easy and outstanding shine!

Looks good, but you should have dressed the gas tank plastic with a water based dressing. The dirt wouldnt have stuck to it, but it still would have looked new again.

Cleaned up my car a bit. Hadn`t deep polished it in a while. Still not perfect, it is pretty close to as good as it will get based on the condition of the paint. Going to have the hood repainted this winter, it was repainted once and the shop didn`t lay the base coat down evenly so there are light streaks down the hood. It has a few big chips in it anyway.

Optimum Polish with a Meguiars polishing pad, Clearkote`s Vanilla Moose with a Meguiars polishing pad and Optimum Car Wax by hand. Probably add another coat of OCW next time I wash my car then top with either Natty`s Blue or Souveran.

2005 Ford F-150. I wash it every couple of weeks but getting the owner to pop for waxing more than once a year is like pulling teeth. Been doing his and his family`s cars at their office 10 years now and he is the only one who doesn`t get his regularly waxed. Enter Detailer`s Pride Spray Surface Shield Paint Sealant-since I can apply/remove it in around 10 minutes and only charged him an extra $15, he said to go ahead. Honestly, it is more for my benefit than his. Regularly waxed vehicles are easier to wash. Anyway, spray, wipe, dry, done. Sorry about the crappy pics, partly cloudy day and it was parked under covered parking. Horrible lighting but you can see the nice gloss this product has.

Yeah, I noticed that when I took the pics and dressed it. After I took a pic of the interior, my camera`s battery died and rewound the roll after only 6 pics.

Have you used any water based dressing before? I used it for the first time today, and love it! Gravel roads won`t bug me anymore. :)

2002 Jaguar S Type. Last polished and sealed in late April or early May (Acrylic Jett). He is thinking of selling the car this fall so he didn`t want me to go all out (save it for the for sale detail, I guess) but wanted me to put something on it since it had been at least 3 months. I went ahead with Detailer`s Pride Spray Surface Shield Paint Sealant since it seems to compliment the look of Acrylic Jett.

This shot really shows how wet and glossy the paint look on this car.

2004 Nissan Titan. Regular customer, wash it about twice a month. Last polished and waxed in April (finished with FK1`s Pink Wax). Still had decent gloss, okay slickness. Paint was still pretty swirl free so I just went over it with Poorboy`s Natty`s Blue Paste. Went on and off with ease on a mostly sunny 95 degree day in the early afternoon. Can`t ask for much more with from a carnauba paste. :)

Came out very wet looking without muting the metallic.

Armor All and Optimum Tire Shine are both water based.
