I placed an order two weeks ago, didn`t receive a shipping info but I got a receipt. I emailed and called them about it, no reply.. and still no package :hairpull anybody experienced this? tia

The first time I ordered from chemical guys I didn`t recieve my order after like 2 weeks so i called them about it and they said that my order was never processed and that it must have gotten lost or something. They then reprocessed my order and threw in a whole bunch of samples of products for the mistake and my order was at my door 3 days later. Try to give them a call about, they have great customer service and if there is a mistake they will make good on it. I would try giving them a call.

Milky 08....Ive purchased numerous times from Chemical Guys and never experienced a problem.
Given your situaton, and knowing the staff at CG, it would behove you to call and speak to them.

thanks guys :) tried emailing them a couple of times at their sales add.. no reply. also called them last week at the toll free number and said my order was processed.
I called their direct line a few minutes ago, they`re now checking my package :) they were very helpful indeed :xyxthumbs

Paul`s a great guy. CG has the great customer service. No bs
