I know this has been discussed before. Where do I find a backing plate to use my propel pc pads on a rotary?

I fugure less diameter might be a little easier to control while learning.

thx

Don`t forget your smaller PC pads are going to be spinning faster , so keep that in mind when you set your speed. :buffing:

It should be the same RPM`s just spinning faster due to the smaller diameter of the pad. Correct?

really they spin slowwer.. ar you increase the diameter you get faster alsong with the need to have more power to spin it. you have to look at it this way the middle really doesn`t move one inch out if you move a set distance then move out more on the pad you have to go more distance to get the same % of movement in reation to distance.

Thanks holland. So, then why are smaller pads more aggresive? Is it becuase you can put more downward force on them and they don`t bog down?
