What polish to use with Flitz ball?

I just borrowed a flitz ball to use on the metal pieces on my tundra(rims running boards exhaust) to remove some scratches and swirls. What polish should I use. The guy gave me the metal polish, but is this good? I have AIO, ssr`s. Would those be better?
