I am about to get a hard tonneau cover for my 05 Frontier, which comes with a factory spray in liner. I want to make sure the bed is clean. I have some dirt ground into the grooves. I was thinking Simple green with a brush, wanted to see what you all are doing first.

Thanks

SG is pretty concentrated stuff. I would dilute it at least 1:4 with water. Apply with sprayer. Let sit for a few minutes. Agitate with brush. Rinse. Dry. Maybe top with 303.

Thanks a bunch, don`t mind me asking what 303 is.

303 is a protectant for rubber and such. Very excellent, claims to have a UV of 40, but that is debatable.

After washing, did a neighbor`s Titan with Meg`s Hyperdresing, came out nice.

303 (http://www.303products.com/main.php?infopage=protectant) is a protectant that is pretty subtle in appearance; not too shiney, not too greasy, not too slippery (could be a plus on a bed liner) etc.

As someone said, it claims to add UV protection. A lot of people like it just because it is pretty subtle on trim, dash, etc.

It`s a little pricey, but with a tonneau cover, you won`t have to be treating your liner real often.
