Ooooh, YES! Along with the Lambo Miura, Shelby Cobra or Ferrari 365 GTB Daytona - my "dream" classic car!! :bounce (though I`d prefer a soft top :o ).

Gary,

Looks like a late 60`s E-type.

Vary rare indeed. Nice!

About 5 years ago, I detailed my doctor`s 1972 Alfa. Original owner, 40k miles, garage queen. Insisted on taking me for a ride. Very fun car.

It can`t be any newer than a `67 since that was the last year for the covered headlights.

Well, I`ll bet it`s hiding under that (great looking, IMO :o ) removable hard top ;)

Well, I grew up in a 71 V12 E type, convertible, white, with black leather interior. My mother bought it NEW in November of 1971, when I was 8. Spent most of my childhood being carted around in that, NO seatbelt, and my mother made Dale Earnhardt look slow!

She still has it. Doesn`t drive it much - it`s been crashed twice and restored twice. Only problem - it`s an automatic. But it IS a nice car to drive.

When I look at that, I see the Old James Bond for some reason.
