Computer geeks help me!

Ok, at home I can post on all the public forms and what not but then I come to work and there are some sites I can not post on. I type the reply and hit "submit" and the page just keeps loading and loading and nothing happens at all. Sites with a "quick reply" I can use the quick reply but not the regular reply.

Any ideas that will help me fix this problem if it is fixable?
