The ripples are probably orange peel in the paint. Does it look like this?

Orange peel is pretty common. It usually can`t be removed either. You may be able to reduce it, but you`ll have to use an aggressive polish, so it may not be worth it to you.

hmm.. not like that.. its more like.. if i look at it at an angle.. seems there are like waves through the paint.... but it could be b/c i have so many swirls in my car.. but i guess i wouldnt be able to tell..

is it possible to use poorboys ssr2.5 on the whole car? or should i use something else instead to take out all the swirls on my car? also i have no pc.. so it`ll be done by hand..

SSR2.5 isn`t my choice for hand application. I`d get some Meguiars Hand Polish for that.
