I have a detail coming up on a 72 Mustang (yellow) and I was thinking of using PPCL+RMG+Trade Secret. Am I just wasting my time the PPCL? Do you think I should just go RMG+TS? The paint is original SS in good condition.

Noting that I have no experience with RMG (but have used similar products), I *would* use the PPCL. It`ll clean the paint with a minimum of abrasion (just a *very* little bit) and I don`t think the little it leaves behind should cause any problems with the RMG. PPCL is a nice product for applications like this one.

I`d go with the PPCL, for sure. Its 30 year old paint, and regardless of care, it will take on some small bit of oxidation, contamination, some sort of -ation. RMG and TS is a great topping combo, too.

Thats what I was thinking, but I had no experience with RMG before.

Thanks for the input, it is appreciated
