The before and during pictures are disgusting. Hard to believe that such a new car could be in such poor shape.

Great job!

That car was disgusting before your work. Whoever did that should be taken out back and..........

Nice job, it is hard to believe how some dealerships and people let their cars get in really bad condition.

It`s not hard for me to believe that a car like this, new and expensive, could look so bad.

I worked at a new car dealership, selling not preping, and saw first hand what went on.

Our pre delivery workers were the lowest paid people at the dealership. I don`t think they had any training or really understood what they were doing.

Our car wash area resembled a Torture Chamber for cars. Just look at car wash horror stories to get the idea.

One mop head to clean the entire car including wheels and tires.

One bucket of soapy water to clean every car that was sold that day. Dropped towels that were just picked up and used to wipe down the hood.

From my own experience its does matter whether the dealership is selling Kias or Lexus they get treated the same. Very poorly!

A+ for those during pics!

Looks 1 million times better. You should hand your card out to every new Bimmer owner from that dealer.

That could be a contestant for the Extreme Detailing contest! Beautiful work! I cant believe how dealers treat cars, especially expensive ones. I took my M3 in for a TSB on the top this week, well they decided to "hand wash" it before giving me the car back. Now I have 3 long scratches in the hood and one on the truck, GRRRRRRRR!!!!!!! Oh well heres and excuse to order PO85RD, or OPtimum I guess.

What an impact!

I can`t believe that someone would treat a new BMW 545 so poorly. :(

Thanks for your positive comments. I agree that it is totally disgusting how dealer ships and body shops lack any detailing skills. I forgot to mention this 545i has the SMG transmission with the paddle shifters on the wheel. Need I say it was a lot of fun picking up and delivering his car back to him:bounce . Again sorry about the crummy after shots, I`ll take some nice shots when I reseal it in a few months.

When my customer bought this car it was a demo. It had rock chips on the hood and some marks on the rear bumper. So before those areas were repainted the dealer detailed it and he took possession of the car. The dealer made an absolut mess when they detailed it. My customer was not happy but knew I would fix it for him. Before he had me detail it he wanted those areas repainted. After having it repainted the body shop desided to detail it for him as well. They actually did a better job than the dealer did but still very poor. The before pics are from the body shops detail. After I detailed it for him he was very impressed and was finally happy with the car and could enjoy driving it now. You got to love it when customers really appreciate your work:D .

As I began to polish the metalic really began to pop. There is actually some green flake in the paint, or maybe it just looks like in the sun:nixweiss . But it is a very beautifull color.
