It seems (rightfully and understandably so) that most if not all folks on this forum use various brand names for assorted steps in their detailing procedure. But just for the heck of it, let`s assume you can only use one brand name to do the various steps in detailing your car. What brand name would you go with from cleaning to polishing to protecting both the interior and exterior... Mothers? Meguires? Sonüs? Zaino? Someone else?

Meguiar`s by a mile and a half. With all of their products in lines ranging from OTC to Pro Detailer to Body Shop, branded PCs and pads, other accessories, wetsanding supplies, etc. I don`t think I would ever be able to come up with a job I couldn`t handle with something out of their catalog.

Megs first choice just for the sheer number of products they offer.

Second choice would be Ck with their new polishes available.

It would have to be the Sonus system for car #1, right short of the lsp. Couple the Sonus system with their excellent Carnauba Spritz and Acrylic Glanz for the added lift and maintenance they can provide.

Mother`s is a tried and true brand, and I still love their polishes and waxes. Alas, IMO there have been several lsp`s that has eclipsed Mother`s CG and some of Meg`s carnaubas, but they are still safe choices that will satisfy less demanding customers.

Menzerna, only because Zaino doesn`t have compounds "yet". Second choice would be Megs, been warming up to some of their stuff lately.

It would be either Pinnacle or Four Star, though Wolfgang would be an option now that they have abrasive polishes.

I would probly go with Klasse. I like how it lasts a long time but it`s a hard choice once you put Meguiars in their because they do have a vast amount of products.

Poorboy`s. I couldn`t live without sun-safe polishes.
