Well it was my first paying job and have to say that im upset. The car hardly had any protection on it when i got it but still at the end i was left with swirls. Less than before but i just dont know why they didnt come out. I didnt take any pics of the swirls since i was too pissed off but anywhere here are the pics.

Wash

clay

IP orange pad

VM White pad

EX-P Black pad

The wheels were a pain in the ***. He tracks his car so there was brake dust that didnt come up untill i took the PC to it. hehe.

Beautiful cars, I love S4s, especially in that electric blue color. I get to drive a convertable regularly and they are really fun and quick machines. Ans as far as those wheels being a PITA to clean they should be kept in good shape by the owner considering how much HREs are.

Crazy Quattro- Looks good in the pics! If the owner is happy you did well enough on the marring. Audi clear is *hard*, so don`t beat yourself up over it. Something like IP with a 6-6.5" pad on the PC just won`t cut it in most cases so you can only do what you can do.

YIKES, I bet those HREs really *were* a pain!

Great work, but you should try the Menzerna line.

Try this setup :

Wash

Clay ( dont need know )

Menzerna PG and yellow pad

Menzerna IP and green pad

Menzerna FF and white/blue pad

Take some pictures in direct sunlight , to see all the swirls and imperfections.

Take a look at this thread , and see what menzerna and a pc can do :bow

It looks like he did try Menzerna IP with an orange pad already, and PG isn`t the best with PC...it was probably just the need for a rotary and Audi`s hard clear coat that made that detail difficult. It looks good nonetheless.

yep, the IP with orange pad was menzerna. This sucks beause other audi owners are asking for a detail as well. Im not sure if i want to anymore. :o

The Porsche was a mess, and its also an germany paint ( hard paint ), i read all the time that PG and PC don´t mix, .

But if u insist u can do it, just try yellow pad and pg first, do 2 or 3 passes, then follow orange/green pad with ip and finish

with Final Finish with white pad. :xyxthumbs

Im sure u will be amazed by the results, :bow

ps: did u saw the 911 Turbo thread above????
