Where has the TOGWT been? I tried to PM Jon and the site would not allow me or his PM is turned off. Did something happen and I missed it? I was just curious because I enjoy reading his responses along with the other Autopia regulars. Wes

The last posts here (http://autopia.org/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=49884) discuss it.

The decision stands and is final.

Gosh

Was he informed of this violation a few times or something? He seemed bright enough not to keep breaking the rules.

I liked his quirkiness. He was indeed a unique poster. Reminded me of a Vulcan from Star Trek.

His quirkiness and knowledge is definitely missed.

Thanks Bill D. for your reply. I had a feeling something had happened. I and Autopia will miss him, he was a wealth of information and has a very interesting life. Wes

At least he knew where to find the stuff.

I share the comments with my fellow autopians. Jon sometimes presented more questions than answers with me because of his indepth/technical way of talking at times. He will be missed.

Didn`t Jon cut and paste from the book that he wrote? If so, how can that be copyright infringement...? He owns the rights!

I didn`t know he had written his own book.

I always wondered where he got his info from. The times he responded to my questions I found the information helpful and wondered what the source was.

Shame. :( He seemed like a nice fellow. I like the Vulcan analogy. :D

I will also miss him. I really enjoyed some of his posts. His knowledge was freely shared.

I`m very sad about this...I hope he was properly warned. He was very civil so I am surprised if he would not have corrected the offending behavior.

His book was compiled from outside sources without proper authorization.....copyright infringement.
