I`ll have to agree on that one. I`m not a fan of black wheels on any color car except black.

Very nice detail. Good job!

The letters said BORLA

Actually it probably said BORA - that`s the European name for the Jetta.

Those were some nasty swirls in the paint. Excellent job removing them. I really like the side by side pic.

You do really excellent work!

awesome improvement. as mentioned earlier it was a bora badge, not borla. is that a porsche turbo badge? I know its not your car so I know you won`t mind, but 20 psi on a turbo the size of my fist doesn`t mean much, especially on that car

Hey Scottwax, if you are reading this, what would you charge for a job like this?

Without seeing it in person, it is hard to say exactly but based on the pics and description of what was needed, at least $125 for the exterior (and interior vacuum and glass).

Just bored and tired my good man. I had a busy weekend. 4 tests on Friday, 1 exam on Saturday, 1 Colorado on Saturday(no pictures), and this thing on Sunday. I was/am pooped.

is that a porsche turbo badge

That looks like a New Beetle Turbo badge - very similar looking to a Porsche badge. The 1.8T in a New Beetle is the same as in a Jetta and GTI. You`d be surprised at the power you can get out of a 1.8T with a chip and exhaust - 210 hp, 260 torque - in a fairly light car with a small turbo.

Looks awesome, great work. I am always amazed at how even "enthusiasts" allow their cars to become so foul. Was the interior in bad shape? 3 hours is QUICK for the steps that you did. I would have charged $180-$225, but markets vary so that really means nothing.

GREAT job!! :xyxthumbs

ps I like the wheels.....:nixweiss

Good job young man. You are definetly on the way to achieving a good reputation.

Probably read bora we get both jettas and boras. Like a saloon golf really.
