Where it asks you to choose between hand/buffer. Do they mean a rotary buffer or a DA like a the pc?

^I`m guessing either one. Alot of polishes will only get good results with a DA/Rotary as opposed to being used by hand.

Just used the Final Gloss Booster...VERY impressive product. I tried it over both Pinnacle Souveran and Poorboy`s EX. Both ways it was incredibly easy to use, and slickness was increased quite noticeably. Can`t wait to try the rest of them :D

If you ordered the samples with other stuff, check the reciepts that Autogeek sent. My original order confirmation showed just $7.95 shipping for my entire order. But the second reciept shows $10 above the total of the original reciept. They charged me the $7.95 to ship the original order plus $10 to ship the samples. Humph. That doesn`t make me happy at all.

That shouldn`t be right. I`m sure you can email Jason and he`ll straighten things out.

Same thing happened to me. I just e-mailed to complain.

Basically, they gave me one price at checkout, and then added $10 to it a day later. Is that even legal?

Still, I`m sure it is just a mistake, and the good folks at autogeek will have it fixed soon.

That`s usually why I pass on things like that.

Humph. Posted about my problem in the thread originally linked. Went back to visit the thread just now and my post was deleted. Guess Autogeek only wants people to post how happy they are. Any dissatisfaction and they delete your post!

I did email Jason, Michael, and their generic customer service address on Wednesday when I discovered the problem. Even included a screenshot of the two emails with the two different amounts circled. Did not get a reply today. Lovely.

Am I being unreasonable? I don`t think so.. but lemme know and I`ll just grin and bear it.

edit: I got an email for a $7.95 credit this morning (Friday) so my method, whatever anyone may think of it, got results.

There is a phone number you can call that was posted in that link in reply to the same problem The Uncle had: "I apologize for the oversight. You should get an email in a few minutes with your credit. Also if any one has any concerns or questions I can be reached at 1.800.869.3011 X208. Also, I would like to thank the many members that have participate in this offer."

I`d give them another day or so to respond to your e-mail and then give them a call.
