Hmm, where are you in WLA? I`d gladly throw in a cleaner wax for another $100!

If people are will to pay it and the vehicles don`t actually need claying (or polishing), I can`t really say he is doing anything particularly wrong.

The fact that he keeps coming back must mean either he is doing good work and the customers are happy or the customers are happy because they don`t know any better. :nixweiss

i just think they dont know better cause when you look at the car in the sun the car has swirl marks all over and the paint is kinda ruff.

In that case, what he is doing is a complete rip-off.

Steal his customers :). I would just try to talk to them, explain about swirl marks, point them out, and how for 200 bucks they get them buffed out with you. I did that to one of my neighbors, he was a bit pissed/felt it was unprofessional at first, but so far I`ve detailed both of his cars, and he refers me to all his friends/clients (he`s a lawer  )
