What is everyones method for cleaning the inside of rims? I have a few brushes that I use, but I am always open for new ideas! No WHEEL ACIDS!!!

Thanks!

I use P21S with a stiff sponge, or #0000 steel wool on really bad ones. I`ve only cleaned the insides of two sets of wheels, but those methods worked well for me.

I use some soft paint brushes with either Autoglym or Sonax. In severe cases I would use brake cleaner and rinse followed by something like the Sonax. To my mind the trick is to give them time to dwell before removing

Do a search on the "EZ Brush" (or maybe "E-Z Motorcycle Brush"). When I first got mine I considered it too coarse for the finish on my wheels, but I`ve used it on the minivan and my wife`s car without any problems. I believe it was ScottWax or Anthony O. who first mentioned it, saying he uses it on his customers` cars.

Heh heh, I`m still not using it on the S8 though, with that one I just poke something nice and soft through the spokes.

These are for when you`re not taking the wheels off to do it "right"....
