I had applied #16 to my car before the winter and now in spring it still beads, but I notice a little minor swirls proberly on the coat of #16(sacrificial barrier) itself. Should I just wash and reapply of a coat of #16 to fill-in the swirls or should I totally remove everything with a polish and reapply #16. I don`t want to take off more clearcoat than required and besides I still have two coats of NXT under the #16.
