Might be trying the polish, as well as the wax. Question is, using the polish with a LC white pad for some light swirls, marring, can I go right to Clearkote RMG and then to my LSP of OCW/EX-P?

As long as you give the polish the chance to work you can go straight to your sealer after the LC white pad. This also depends on just how bad the marring is.
For a mildly marred paint I would say that with the Optimum polish and LC white pad should be just fine. Just work the product about 2.5 times longer than you would your previous polsihes.
