How many peolpe send out greeting cards to prior customers? I have a pic of everyones car I did this last year. Would it be alright if I made one of each pic into a holiday card and sent to the people who owned the car or is that tacky?

Edit: make sure that you hand sign them all. Some people even go as far as hand addressing them, but OUCH!!

Yes, This is something we do and usually we enclose a $25.00 Gift certificate as well as an "Xmas" gift.

...and just had a third call me this morning with 2 cars, so that makes this a more than worthy cause :bigups
Good idea on the pictures though, I never thought of that. I simply went to the card store and picked out a box of cards with a Christmas setting (and bought a few singles for my Jewish clients) that said "Thanks".

I ended up just buying regular "Season Greetings" cards instead of picture cards. The pics didn`t scan well. What kind of gifts do you enclose "robb2017"?

Let me re-phrase that: I include a $25.00 gift certificate towards our services as an X mas gift.

We usually use the "Seasons Greetings" type of card so as not to offend any one by sending a Merry Christmas card. :brick
