View Full Version : Nissan Paint... What to know!
I`m looking for some general remarks concerning Nissan paint. Here`s a guide:
1. Hard or Soft?
2. Thick CC or thin?
3. Easy to work with or a PITA?
4. Products I probably should not use
5. Things to look out for would be....

My observations having a new 350ZR - paint is pretty soft and "swirl" prone compared to other non-nissan vehicles I have owned in the past.

Nothing tough on the bumpers. Paint is thin as hell there. Another thread around here recently on this.

Nissan paint is absolutely awful. Easily damaged (luckily, easily repaired). I have bought an array of Poorboys products to help me maintain it a lot better. Saving up for a high quality paintjob one day though.
