Here`s a detail I did for my friend`s `Stang. Not too sure of the year, but the paint was in horrible condition. Used as an everyday driver, this car has been through it all: more than several car washes, accidents, side scrapes, driving into a 5ft. pile of snow. You name it and it`s been through it. It had the most swirls I`ve ever seen on a red car in my life and it was dull as a pencil during the SAT. Then again, I do not own a digi cam, and wasn`t able to take before/after pics. All these pics were taken by my friend during the process.

Steps:

1. Wash with GC

2. Clay with water and shampoo

3. Rinse

4. Tires/Wheels with A2Z/ and some tire shine

5. SSR2.5 with Orange pad (did almost every panel twice)

6. SSR1 with Green Pad to remove some hazing

7. NXT (I offered to AIO at this point but he declined).

Here are the results:

I was away when this pic was taken, and wouldn`t dare place the PC where it was at the moment...:scared:

Looks good - great job. I love Rio Red on Mustangs. Because of the fender badging, that GT is either a 96, 97 or 98 with the wimpy 4.6L SOHC - impossible to tell the exact year though.
