I tried this today and it has a very obvious cemical smell. Is there something that is similar that will give a matte finish and smell more like leather?

+1 for 4* LC. The smell is addictive!

I love AutoGlym`s leather cleaner but the conditioner leaves a lot to be desired, IMO. I like Four Star and Pinnacle for conditioning, with the edge going to Four Star.

Z10, it is leather in a bottle for sure. it`s very easy to use and leaves a nice mattish finish. If you like leather smell you have to try z10, if not try leatherique, but it is labor intensive.

Z10 definitely has a strong scent. I have decided against ordering it because it is too strong, IMO. Just a warning, especially if you are sensitive to artificial scents.

Aside from the smell, which would quickly go, what do you think of the Autoglym

I have recently gone to Z10 and 1z leathercare due to mixed results from the AG.

I love the suppleness that the Z10 gives but am not to keen on the smell.

Both the Z10 and 1z give very good results and both appear to give the same factory finish.

Im using 1z as my normal cleaner and conditioer, and the z10 now and again to add that extra suppleness to the leather.

Rich, the AG Leather is one of the few AG consumer products I have not tried as I do not have any leather in my car - is it a decent product or is the Zaino far superior

I have used the AutoGlym conditioner a few times and one thing I noticed is that it seems to give leather a "plastic" like feel, even when thoroughly buffed.

BTW, the smell sticks around for a while.

Aside from the smell it seems pretty nice, buffs off to a nice matte finish.:nixweiss

I guess I`m just worried about it removing any trace of leather smell in the car.

i was reading through various different brands and it wolfgang is the only one that mentions UV protectants.

I thought this would be more common.
