Hi-

This was my first full detail with a PC. 2002 Escalade, my Dads, pretty bad swirls. I was only doing the paint, so the tires etc...are not up to Auotpia standards.

I leared a few things. The products I used are not as aggressive as I thought. I started with a white pad with SSR1, then white pad and SSR2.5, then Orange SSR2.5 which I used the whold detail. I ended up ruining the pad, LC orange. I worked it pretty well. 95% swirls removed, but I would have need something a bit more aggessive to remove everything.

Next was AIO then Pinnacle Souveran. The AIO really made the pait slick and reflective, but Pinnacle Souveran really added the wet look.

Here are some Pics.

Thanks, He was pretty speechless. He has a local shop does his washes and details, but I showed him it`s reallyt done, about 8 hours work. The Souveran was a blast to work with, what a great product. I have alway loved AIO, but Souveran is my new fav for LSP.

the reflections are nice but how are we supposed to see the swirls in the shade? Also you might want to add some dressing to those wheel wells. Good job on the ESC and the boat,

I know I added dressing in the morning. As far as the swirls go, I know the shade hides them, but they are 95-98% gone.

Great Job!! I love that SSR2.5. It takes care of most swirls with an aggressive pad and leaves the paint scratch free!!

Sorry, yes I spot clayed after the wash. The door bottoms were pretty bad, but that is about it, the rest of the car was is good shape clay wise.

SHICKS,

Sweet before and after on the Escalade! Black can be very, very nice when all the swirls and scratches are gone!

I agree with you about the Souveran - It is one of my favorite LSP as well.

Keep up the great work! :xyxthumbs

Cheers,
