These are from a friend`s Wife`s BMW at work. I mentioned I would love to wash and detail the car for them. It`s a 3 series maybe a 99? Anyway, they put some winter tires on it for now, and I got to clean the summer tires and wheels up.........

These is the rear ones....... I havnt opened the bag for the fronts... Im sure they are worse than these!

I cleaned the tires and wheels in the bathtub hey it`s 20 degrees outside:nixweiss

Nice work! :xyxthumbs Looks awesome.

I did the same for a BMW 325 for my mother`s co-worker while she has winter tires on. I used A2z on the inside and out of the wheel, and EFHI on the tires. I followed with AIO and 4" pad on the pc and topped with Collinite. Tires got Armor All.

I like the dirty wheel on the oriental rug ;)

What kind of brush did you use to clean the inner portion of the backside of the spokes?

I was going to try a toothbrush.

I can`t believe I found this thread today, I just did my rims a few days ago! They didn`t look anywhere near as bad as the BMW ones, but they were quite dirty. I didn`t have time to clean them before I put on my winter ones and they had been sitting there in the basement until I took them out of the plastic. Now, they are good to go! I washed with meguiars nxt wash, clayed with 3M clay using Meguiars quick detailer for clay lube, and then 1x AIO and 2X SG. Ill try and get pics up soon.
