The other week I bought a `93 Corrado, and it has 16" BBS VZ`s on it which are fairly nice wheels. However, the left rear brake was messed up, mainly it seems that the piston has been rubbing against the rotor because the brake pad broke and fell out when the caliper seized.
So, it has been like this for a while before I bought the car, and with the rain and such, the wheel looks semi rusted (brown, corrosive stuff on the surface).
What are my options here? I don`t want to refinish the wheel as I don`t want to pay for that, and I really just want it to get looking better. Non of my solvents have done much, so I`m going to need something pretty strong.
Suggestions?
