I`ve been looking at topoftheline.com at the cig. smoke remover, protein stain remover, red stain remover, gum remover, and spot removers.

Can anyone tell me if they are any good? There are several of each kind, but paticularly the spot removers.

Also there is a carpet extractor on there:

I need to know if it would be a good one?

Sorry for all the questions,:D but I hope you can help.

Thanks, Ronnie

Q: I`ve been looking at topoftheline.com at the cig. smoke remover, protein stain remover, red stain remover, gum remover, and spot removers.

A: Iâ€â„¢ve used both the red stain protein stain remover, both do what the vendor claims, Top of the lineâ€â„¢s products are usually good/excellent

Q: Also there is a carpet extractor on there:

I need to know if it would be a good one?

A: I use a similar model and have not found anything it could not handle well (Iâ€â„¢m not a pro detailer so I canâ€â„¢t answer as to itâ€â„¢s durability in a heavy use situation)

Thanks for the reply.

I have a few other questions. For puke odor, animal odor, etc., would that protein stain remover be good for eliminating the odor? if not, what is a good odor remover?

An odor problem that I always encounter, is gasoline.

and with carpet extractors, will I always have to take an uphostery brush and agitate the carpet shampoo into the carpet, or should the extractor handle it without a brush?

Thanks, Ronnie
