Check out these videos on detailing using Auto Magic products.

Fun to watch, but nothing new. The guy uses a TON of wax and he pressure washed the engine without masking anything off.

It would be nice, if they can demo on a beat up beater with tons of swirls/scratches/cobweb,etc. They (adam`s and Auto Wax Co) using too spanking new ride to show us the demo.

Anyways, both video are GREAT demo!

On a modern engine the sytem is sealed so it is not entirely necessary to mask anything off. However, it is advisable to cover up the alternator and any electronics that you feel may get wet. Most damage to a modern engine is due to negligence and improper technique.

Download realplayer then the links/index plays the videos. They do look pretty good.

I agree, anything will look great using new paint as a starting point. I love to make an older car (like my daily driver) sparkle, thats the name of the game when it comes to what products are best. I am waiting to see which manufacturer really wants to impress us by using real world problem vehicles to illustrate the effectiveness of their product (s)

I once got an Eagle One detailing video at an auto parts store. I probably still have it.

My favorite detailing movie is Blazing Saddles, even though they never detailed the limo at the end. :p
