Paypal Balance

This may be a stupid question and have a very obvious answer to my problem, but I can`t for the life of me figure out how to "cash out" the money on my paypal balance. :confused:

Go to Withdrawl on the top menu.

yes, go to my account and then under that, it was have Withdrawl..



But then again i hate paypal.
